My financial adviser had used Kathleen LoGiodice Fong for her own home sales and recommended her highly. She was spot-on.
Kathleen told me whenever she had questions or suggestions, which were always constructive. Her positive, upbeat attitude and on-site presence were very reassuring, particularly since everything was handled long-distance ( I live about a 3-hour drive away from the condo).
Kathleen recommended an excellent contractor for my renovations. We worked closely together to upgrade the entire condo, and her suggestions helped me secure a sales contract which was higher than many comparable units at Watergate. The ongoing pandemic caused multiple delays in securing building permits from Watergate and Alexandria City, but ultimately the results were stellar. Kathleen and her staff were patient and diplomatic in dealing with Watergate staff on often-changing access requirements to the condo complex, including use of the service elevators.
Kathleen knows the local real estate market exceptionally well. Her use of staging was phenomenal and super effective. She is a dedicated professional, and I consider her a friend.

I know Kathy since 2014. At that time I had a condo in Arlington for sale. I did choose a broker by the advertising leaflets drop at my condo. That broker was nice but my condo was not sold on 3 months. Then I had to choose another broker. Kathy gave me a call. Besides her, there were 3 another broker called me. First impressions, I realized she is honest, then I chose her. Only in a month, the condo was sold. Since 2014 till now, I have not work with any other except Kathy.
